WE Got Hot Dogs!

Chef Michael graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, specializing in French cuisine. During his studies, he secured his first culinary position at The Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, FL. His unwavering dedication and passion for the culinary arts propelled him to a prestigious role at the renowned Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach, FL.

Despite overcoming significant challenges, including a time spent homeless, he remained resolute in his passion for food. The concept for 313 Coney Island Hotdogs & Catering was born as an innovative way to enter the restaurant industry with limited resources. Raised in Detroit, Michael has a strong appreciation for traditional Coney Island fare and seeks to share his love for hotdogs with customers.

Chef Michael stands firm on being committed to excellence, outstanding customer service, quality ingredients, and scratch cooking, Chef Michael views his cart as more than just a business—it's a stepping stone to something even bigger.
